Your application will take approximately five minutes to complete. You will need:
- Social Security number
- Driver's license number
- Current street address
- Home telephone number (with area code)
- Two personal references — name, address and phone number for each

- Requested loan amount
- Student's name, Social Security Number, and date of birth

Wells Fargo will not process your application until you click Submit on the final page of the application.
